The shopper has the right to cancel free of charge within seven days of their purchase of a tour. All cancellations made within seven days of purchase will have their payment returned in full. Simply send us a message saying that you wish to cancel to email@example.com and we will contact you to arrange the full refund, due to our refund policy.
Because our tours are based on small groups and we need to apply a strict Cancellation Fee policy in order to make them viable.
If you cancel:
- Within 7 days of purchase you will receive a full refund of the payment, due to our refund policy.
- More than 90 days before the start date of the tour you had booked we will retain $500 deposit.
- Between 31 and 90 days before the start date of the tour we will refund 55% of the total tour price.
- For cancellations made between 0 and 35 days before the start of the tour we cannot offer a refund.
Exceptions to this refund policy cannot be made for any reason, including those of weather or personal emergencies. There is no refund for arriving late or leaving a trip early. Single room supplements are considered part of the trip price and are subject to cancellation fees.
On the rare occasion that Irish Life Tours must cancel a trip due to natural disaster, terrorism, or civil unrest, or any other circumstance, all payments received to date will be refunded. Irish Life Tours is not responsible for expenses incurred in preparation for any cancelled trips, such as airline tickets or for costs incurred due to travel delays, flight cancellations, or illness.
